Canceling Or Changing An Order:

All products sold by PSYT are print-on-demand. Because of the automated nature of print-on-demand, once an order is placed by the customer, that order cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with the order placed, please contact PSYT for assistance at parsleysageyogatime@yahoo.com.

Warranty Policy

PSYT will replace or refund, at our discretion, any product which is damaged or has manufacturing errors. All claims must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery and must be accompanied by photo(s) of the damage, a description of the problem, and your order number.  PSYT will not accept returns due to a customer changing their mind about the purchase, about ordering the wrong size, about ordering the wrong color, etc. Only claims involving shipping damage or manufacturing flaws will be accepted.

Return Policy

All returns and warranty issues must be communicated to PSYT via email before any action is to be taken by the customer and include photo(s) if there is a warranty or replacement issue. For any returns or warranty issues, please contact us at info@parsleysageyogatime.com.
