Where is your company located?
Parsley Sage Yoga Time (PSYT) is headquartered in Hawthorne Nevada, USA, with partner production facilities around the world. See Clothing FAQ’s and Wall Art FAQ’s for more details on where those products are produced.
How do I contact PSYT?

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, Diners Club.
What payment currencies do you accept?
All international currencies are accepted. Your cart will automatically convert your purchase totals with live currency exchange rates. Cryptocurrencies are not accepted.
How do I cancel or change my order?
All products sold by PSYT are print-on-demand. Because of the automated nature of print-on-demand, once an order is placed by the customer, that order cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with the order placed, please contact PSYT for assistance here.

Where are your garments manufactured?
All garments are printed and shipped from partner manufacturing facilities located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Latvia, Australia, Japan, and Brazil. By using printing partners located around the world, we are able to drastically reduce shipping times and costs, as well as minimize our carbon footprint. All printing partners use similar printing machines and inks, ensuring consistent quality. T-Shirt blanks are sourced from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, or the USA. Tank Top blanks are sourced from Haiti or Nicaragua.
What are your garments made of?
T-Shirts are made with a 30 singles pre-shrunk 4.2oz (142g) combed ring-spun cotton. Solid colors are 100% cotton; Ash color is 99% cotton and 1% polyester; Heather colors are 52% cotton and 48% polyester. Tank Tops are made of a 32 singles, pre-shrunk 4.2 oz (142g) fabric consisting of 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon.
How do you clean your garments?
T-Shirts and Tank Tops are both cleaned in the following way: machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Use cool iron on inside-out garment if necessary: do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
How do you know what size to buy?
Check the provided sizing chart on the product page. The best way to determine the correct size is to take an existing t-shirt or tank-top that you already own and like the fit of, lay it out flat (without stretching it) on a flat surface, and use a tape measure to find the length and width dimensions. Using the provided size chart, find the closest size. If you are between measured sizes, size up if you like a looser fit, or size down if you like a more form fitting garment. All t-shirts and tank tops are pre-shrunk, though additional shrinkage may occur if hot water and/or hot drying temperatures are used. Only cold water and low tumble-dry temperatures are recommended.

Where do you manufacture your wall art?
Printing partners are located in the USA, Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. By using printing partners located around the world, we are able to drastically reduce shipping times and costs, as well as minimize our carbon footprint. All printing partners use similar printing machines and inks, ensuring consistent quality.
What materials are used in your wall art?
All wall art is printed on uncoated, museum quality paper with a weight of 200gsm / 80 lb. Framed wall art uses shatterproof, transparent plexiglass in metal or natural wood frames.
What color frames are available for your wall art?
All wall art designs are available in three different formats: poster only; black aluminum frame; or wood frame in black, dark wood, wood (natural), and white. Wood frames can slightly vary in color due to the unique nature of each piece of wood and how it accepts the stain colors. Each wall art product page has a color image showing the available frame colors and styles.
How do I care for my wall art?
Wall art, framed or unframed, should be kept out of direct sunlight (even through a window) to ensure longest life. Wall art should also not be displayed exposed to a high heat source such as a fireplace or house heater. None of the wall art is designed for outdoor use. Posters can be cleaned by wiping down using a soft dry cloth or duster. Never use water or other liquids on a poster. Framed art can be wiped down with a soft dry cloth or duster, or using a slightly damp cloth.
Shipping FAQ’s
Do you ship your product world wide?
We are able to ship our products to most locations globally. Unfortunately, due to various political situations, there may be locations to where we are unable to ship. As of February 2023, we are unable to ship to the following places: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. You will be told of this situation during your check out process if it applies to you.
How do you ship your products?
All shipping is handled by Postal Service throughout the world. There is no option for other delivery services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All of Our Products Are Made To Order with manufacturing time varying from 1-5 days, depending on location, product, and time of year. Delivery times vary greatly around the world. Delivery within the USA, mainland Europe, and Australia, for example, will take 5-8 days from time of ordering. Other locations, such as Greece, can take up to 2 weeks due to local customs policies. Delivery times vary depending on location relative to a manufacturing partner, as well as shipping and customs issues with different countries. During checkout, you will be given more specific details as to your final delivery date and shipping cost.
Do you offer Overnight, Two Day, or Express delivery options?
No. Faster delivery options are not available.
Will I pay taxes on my order?
Within the United States, some States will charge sales tax. If your State charges sales tax for online sales, the tax will automatically appear on your order totals during checkout.
Will I pay international customs fees on my order?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer. If fees are required, the appropriate customs agency will contact you directly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you live. We have multiple manufacturing partners around the world to help minimize delivery times, shipping costs, and carbon footprint. To determine the shipping cost of any particular item, add it to your cart to get a shipping quote. Within the USA, shipping a single t-shirt or tank top currently costs $3.99. Your cart will give the most up-to-date and accurate shipping cost information.
Warranty and Returns FAQ’s
What is your warranty?
PSYT will replace or refund, at our discretion, any product which is damaged or has manufacturing errors. All claims must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery and must be accompanied by photo(s) of the damage, a description of the problem, and your order number. PSYT will not accept returns due to a customer changing their mind about the purchase, about ordering the wrong size, about ordering the wrong color, etc. Only claims involving shipping damage or manufacturing flaws will be accepted.
How do I return a product?
